Student Itinerary for Plaza Performance (2/11) [Winter Groups]                                                                                       

Saturday, February 11th

1:45 PM                  Call time for Varsity guard at Plaza.

2:30 PM                  Varsity performs.  Percussion loads the truck at the Ramona band room for the gig.

3:00 PM                  Depart for the Plaza.

4:00 PM  Winter drumline performs.

4:15 PM                  Winter drumline performance completed. Load truck for Ramona.

5:00 PM                  Return to Ramona HS and unload equipment in band room.

Student Itinerary for CSDR Parade/Recruiting (12/8) [Marching Band]  

Thursday, December 9

8:00 AM Band reports to band room to dress for performance during first period.

8:30 AM Practice Christmas parade music.

9:15 AM Go load busses.

9:30 AM Bus departs to CSD, Riverside.  Bring your instrument as well as your uniform bag and change of clothes.

10:45 AM               Silent Santa Parade

11:15 AM               Depart to Chemawa MS for performance

11:30 AM               Arrive at Chemawa and setup for lunchtime performance.

11:55 PM                Perform at Chemawa

12:10 PM                Performance done. Eat lunch at Chemawa MS and change out of uniform.

1:30 PM  Change into uniform to depart for Sierra MS.

1:45 PM  Arrive at Sierra MS.  Set up for after school performance.

2:40 PM  After school performance at Sierra MS.

3:00 PM  After school performance complete. Load busses for Ramona HS

3:15 PM  Arrive at Ramona HS and unload.

6:00 PM                  Call time for Ramona Holiday.  Get dressed in uniform immediately.

6:50 PM                  Performing the show outside.

 

Friday, December 10

6:00 PM                  Call time for Ramona Holiday.  Get dressed in uniform immediately.

6:50 PM                  Performing the show outside.

  • Uniform Pieces (Gloves, socks, shoes-polished)
  • Deodorant
  • Appropriate undergarment for changing before the performance.

SWRT was a great success!!! Thanks to all students, alumni, family, and friends for the help that you provided, we couldn't have done it without you.  35 bands, 3200 students, and their spectators came through our campus yesterday, and we once again hosted one of the finest tournaments around.

Itinerary for Lester Oaks Week [Marching Band]

 

Thursday, November 10 (Senior Night)

12:50 PM                School day is done.  Take all necessary equipment out to stadium for performance this night (Low brass/pit).

5:00 PM                  Call time.  Get dressed for football game.

5:45 PM                  Band warm-up begins.

6:25 PM                  Depart for stadium. All senior parents should walk with us at this time for senior recognition.

6:50 PM                  Star-Spangled Banner performed as a group.

7:00 PM                  Game begins

9:15 PM                  Game over.  Return to band room and get out of uniform.

9:30 PM                  Students are ready for pickup.

 

Friday, November 11 (Practice)

8:30 AM Call time for pit/equipment crew & section.

9:00 AM Rehearsal begins in the Ramona stadium.

12:00 PM                Rehearsal complete. 

 

Saturday, November 12 (Lester Oaks)

9:00 AM Practice in the stadium begins.

11:00 AM               Practice is done.

4:45 PM                  Call time in band room for all students to prepare for the performance.

5:30 PM                  Band warm-up begins.

6:00 PM                  Guard warm-up begins.

6:40 PM                  Band, drum line, and pit ensemble the show.

6:50 PM                  Pit departs for stadium.  Parents helping with pit equipment, please be ready at around 6:40 PM to help the pit tear down and travel.

7:15 PM                Performance in 3A competition.

7:30 PM                  Return to band room and change out of uniform. Put all equipment away.

8:00 PM                  Return to stadium.

9:30 PM                  Awards ceremony.

10:15 PM                Awards done.  We will dismiss from the stands.
